SSA Training: Speed, Strength, and Agility • 1999–2003 and 2004 – 2007

  • The program will focuses on guided activities to enhance each athlete’s physical abilities as well as build nutritional awareness
  • NEW 7 or 14 session Flex Plans give families the ability to decide which days and weeks work into their schedule
  • Participants will be set up in a closed Team Snap group and are expected to indicate which sessions they will attend weekly

“Just for Girls” Camp • 2004–2007 and 2008–2009

  • Camp will focus on the female athlete and promote a balance of activities to increase the player’s technical skill  and tactical awareness.
  • Campers will participate in individual skill activities and Small Sided Games
  • Camp will be led by Blackhawks female coaching staff with the help of 2000 – 2003 player volunteers.
  • Camp will feature big screen viewing of USWNT matches.

  • Skill Development through technical sessions and game-type activities
  • Campers will be participate in fun “Skill Challenges” designed by the coaching staff including: crossbar challenge, long distance passing competitions, penalty shot accuracy, and more
  • Campers will watch the World Cup Semi-Finals and 3rd Place game on a big screen projector.
  • Campers will participate in a Blackhawks Small Sided World Cup Tournament

Tryout Prep Camp • 1999–2003 and 2004–2007
