What is Futsal?

Futsal is FIFA’s official indoor game. In addition to the smaller court and five-person teams, the goals are smaller (2 meters x 3 meters), and unlimited substitution is allowed.

About the League

The Metro Futsal League is for competitive female soccer players (C1/C2) ages 11 – 16 looking to improve ball-handling skills and develop confidence in a competitive league. The league is operated by St. Paul Blackhawks Soccer Club and welcomes participation from teams affiliated with youth soccer clubs or schools. Our clubhouse atmosphere features music and streamed EPL games, mouth watering concessions, and stadium seating—all at a convenient location!

Each team will play 16 games, playing each team twice. Playoffs will follow league play, based on standings. Games are 50 minutes long with two 25-minute halves. A player may only be listed on one team roster. Roster size is five (minimum) and 10 (maximum) players.
