Boys and Girls Born 2014–2015

Saint Paul Blackhawks will hold developmental player evaluations on Sunday Feb. 4th for players born 2014–2015. We encourage all players interested in participating in our U9–U10 Summer League to attend, but attendance at evaluations is not necessary to register for the program.

Please see below for specific times for each group. While evaluations are not mandatory, participating in the evaluation session enables our staff to match players with the most appropriate developmental level. 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for Evaluation check-in. All players should be checked-in with an adult and will receive an evaluation number.

Step 1: Register for “2024 Register SummerLeague U9/U10”

Families can register before evaluations. This will speed up the check-in process at evaluations. Families can also register after participating in evaluations. All players registered by Feb. 18th will be placed on a team for the summer.

Step 2: Participate in Blackhawks Player Evaluation

• The sessions, run by our professional coaching staff, will include soccer skill based activities and fun small-sided games and scrimmages
• Wear shinguards and cleats or field shoes; bring a size 4 ball, water bottle, and great sportsmanship!
• Attendance at evaluations is not necessary to participate on a summer team, but it helps coaches place players at appropriate playing level.

* We allow developmentally-ready U8s (born 2016) to “play up” at the U9 level, as this is the earliest age that Blackhawks offer traveling soccer. Please contact Developmental Director Chris Scanlon to discuss: [email protected]
