Developmental U9-U10 Winter Training
Activities for U9-U10 groups run from December into March. Programs are registered for individually to give families maximum flexibility.

U11-U19 Winter Supplemental Training
Teams in the U11-U19 age groups begin winter training in November and continue through March, when we move outdoors for spring training. Supplemental training is offered in addition to team trainings.

Fitness/Agility
An opportunity for our athletes to maintain their fitness and get stronger. We will be working on strengthening our body to stay sharp throughout the winter season. We will also incorporate the soccer ball in some exercises to strengthen muscles we didn’t know we have. Class is limited to 16 players.
Futsal Training
This program is designed for players to get extra touches on the ball and more individual training. We will focus more on the individual getting the repetition needed to become comfortable with the ball at their feet. Futsal is a great way to develop individual skill and improved decision making. We will be working on a lot of 1v1 skills and progress going forward to a goal. Class is limited to 12 players
Winter Training Facilities
Our Orchard facility is home base, and our most frequently used venue. Our next most used winter facility is Concordia University’s Sea Foam dome for the Developmental training. Juniors and Competitive will be at Sanneh, YWCA, Augsburg and Orchard. Location info can be found here
